While following our thorough search process, we pay attention to detail and emphasize open, honest, and ongoing communication with the client.

The process begins with the team understanding the client’s needs, current organizational structure, styles of operation, culture, and role linkages. We also analyze macro details such as the client’s industry presence and growth patterns, as well as micro details like the selection process and recruitment time-frame.

Detailed job responsibilities, critical attributes for the position, personal profile requirements, reporting relationships, and career movement opportunities are reviewed.

Candidates are thoroughly briefed about the position, and our consultants seek to understand the candidates’ perspectives. An in-depth evaluation is conducted to select the right fit. Upon receiving the client’s shortlist, background checks of shortlisted candidates are performed, followed by meetings between the client and candidates. Additional candidates are developed while interviews are ongoing to ensure a continuous stream of viable options.

Agreement for Search Services

The Service Provider will provide consultation services to source and recruit suitable, experienced candidates for the Client, according to details and selection criteria specified by the Client. This ensures candidates understand the position and meet requirements through thorough screening of professional background and personal interests.

  • Start of Services: Search services will commence upon receipt of the mandate from the Client or as directed by the Client.

  • Concurrence: The Service Provider will secure agreement from candidates regarding their interest in the Client and the described position.

  • Permission: Without prior written consent, the Service Provider will not use the Client’s name in advertising or publicity. For specific requirements, the Client’s name and job details may be disclosed during meetings with candidates.

  • Information: The Service Provider will provide accurate information about candidates and not misrepresent facts.

  • Co-ordination: The Service Provider will maintain close communication with the HR department, functional heads, or designated individuals to facilitate the selection process and fill positions quickly. The Service Provider will respond within 3 days upon receiving position details.

Confidentiality

The Service Provider shall keep all information acquired during the recruitment process confidential and shall not disclose it without authorization. This includes trade secrets, know-how, and other confidential information of the Client and related companies. These confidentiality obligations continue after the termination of the Agreement unless the information enters the public domain lawfully. Any unauthorized use or disclosure may cause irreparable damage, and the Service Provider must immediately notify the Client if such an event occurs.
